Dubravka Čerba

In November and December 2021, the ERASMUS + mobility programme took place at the Faculty of Natural Sciences (Faculty of Science and Mathematics) of Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, where Associate Professor Ph.D. Dubravka Čerba completed specialised training in the field of paleoecology and paleolimnology. Besides the official part, the mobility activities always include getting acquainted with the natural values and beauties, culture, language and history of the host city and country. Banská Bystrica and its surroundings are a very beautiful and interesting area, rich in cultural heritage, as well as the capital Bratislava, and the Slovaks are very friendly and good hosts.

Mobility trips are always a good opportunity to get to know new people, customs and areas, to broaden one’s world view, knowledge and skills, and to gain new experiences.
