Ommen, The Netherlands (8.8.-24.8.2023), organization: Cherry

This summer I had the opportunity to spend 3 weeks in the Netherlands participating in the Back2Basics project. Together with other participants from various EU countries, I went through activities aimed at improving communication skills, cooperation and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, there were many external activities, some of which lasted several days. The main point of this exchange was The Outdoor activity where we were divided into small groups of people and had the task of surviving 4 nights without money, cell phones and a place to sleep. The only things we had were sleeping bags, a tent, a bicycle and a small Nokia cell phone for emergencies. Such activities taught me how to find a solution to problems, work in a group, take the initiative and much more. In addition to the beautiful nature of the Dutch forests, I have made unforgettable friendships from different cultures. This experience allowed me to greatly expand my horizons, acquire competencies that will be very useful for the future, and tell one of the most exciting stories to all adventurous souls.
