Associate Professor, Ph.D. Valentina Pavić, Silva Lustig, mag. iur. and Kristina Mandić stayed at the Faculty of Work Sciences of the University of Seville in the period from March 17 to 23, 2023 as part of the Erasmus+ program.
This professional training for associate professor Valentina Pavić, was based on getting to know the educational needs of university teachers for lifelong learning activities and continuous teacher training to improve teaching. She became familiar with the use of new information and communication technologies in teaching. The knowledge acquired at the professional training will significantly contribute to the development of the competence of the university teachers of the Department of Biology, as well as to the improvement of the teaching process. It will also contribute to the development of awareness of the importance of lifelong education and personal professional development.
Silva Lustig, mag. iur. and Kristina Mandić gained new experiences in the field of higher education in the field of legal, personnel and administrative work. They got acquainted with the work of the office for general, legal and personnel affairs in the Secretariat of the Rectorate of the University of Seville. During their stay, they got to know the culture and customs of Spain, which broadened their knowledge of EU countries.
